For water protection the case has a complete gasket seal, and an automatic ambient pressure equalization valve which conforms to military standards.
With two rubber over-molded cushion grip handles, and a molded-in hinge, the iSeries 2011-7 case is built for durability. The case opens with two, snap-down, trigger-released latches, and has two, locking loops which accept an optional user-supplied padlock for security. For impact protection, the case is made of polypropylene copolymer resin. Travel across smooth services is made easier with the retractable trolley handle and wheels. - Construction
