Product description Time-Lapse Tips and Tools Read More dfvbuybyvecyxcfrxess The Pro 780DX Tripod with 3-Way Head from Slik is a multi-use tripod and head combination which features a set of Slik's aluminum, magnesium, and titanium alloy legs with a SH-807E 3-Way Pan/Tilt Head.
Designed for use both in the studio and the field, the Pro 780DX is capable of handling most shooting situation and adapting to the user. With a maximum height of 77" and a minimum working height of 16.3", the tripod can be used at high or low angles and can accommodate the height of most users. With a load capacity of 19.8 lb, the 780DX can support most DSLRs and smaller cameras with ease, while it's total weight of 6.9 lb also makes it easy to carry over short distances.
The tripod's 3-section A.M.T. leg construction makes it equally as strong and up to 40-percent lighter than comparable tripod models. Combined with Slik's sturdy flip-style leg locks, the tripod is impressively rigid and resistant to shaking and vibrations.
The SH-807E 3-way pan and tilt head included with the tripod has been chosen to equal the weight capacity and the functionality of the 780DX's A.M.T. legs. Featuring three separate locking handles, the head allows the user to independently pan, level, and orient their camera to the desired shooting position. A quick release clamp is also integrated into the head to allow quick and easy attachment and detachment of your camera from the tripod. A proprietary quick release plate is also included. - Grooves on all leg segments eliminate leg twist and increase strength
- Omni-directional quick release plate can be mounted in any direction, with dual safety locks
- Individual 3-position leg angle locks for low angle work or use on uneven terrain
- Rubber leg tips for maximum traction outdoors and protection to surface indoors
