Product description The Slik Pro 824 CF 4-Section Carbon Fiber Tripod is a beefy photography tripod that supports enough weight (up to 18 lb) to be used with a video head and a camcorder. As for still cameras, the Pro 824 CF is suitable for use with almost any head paired with a medium or large format camera or a DSLR with a zoom or long telephoto lens. The 824 Pro reaches a maximum height of 64.1" and weighs 3.5 lb. The four leg sections are secured and freed by way of twist locks. Because the legs are non-rotating, you can unlock all of a leg's stages at once by twisting the three large rubber grips with one hand. This enables fast setup of the Pro 824 CF tripod. The rapid center column is removable as well as reversible for extreme low-angle shooting with an inverted camera. At the bottom of the center column is a metal hook for hanging a counterweight for additional stability for uneven loads or for windy conditions. - Neoprene grips on all three legs
