Product description This compact, lightweight ballhead will support up to a lightweight to medium SLR system. The head features an easy to use single-lever release that locks the camera into place with one single action. Differing itself from many inexpensive ball heads on the market, the base of this head can rotate in addition to the ball movement. This makes horizontal movement of the camera much faster and easier. - Base diameter of 1.45" (37mm)

- Speedy Attachment Without a Quick Release's Additional Weight
- Just 3 or 4 half-turns of the mounting platform attaches the camera to the ballhead, and the underside of the platform is ergonomically designed to aide in this task. Slik's solution here is slightly slower than snap-in and at least as fast as 'vise grip' quick release assemblies, but eliminates their size, weight and cost.
