Product description A Guide to Birding with Spotting Scopes Read More The straight-viewing 12-36x50 ED Spotting Scope from SLR Magic features extra-low dispersion (ED) optical glass, multiple anti-reflective coatings, 12-36x zoom magnification, and 23mm long eye relief. While the ED glass preserves true color and image detail, the multi-coated anti-reflective optics allow better light transmission and make images brighter. The zoom magnification of 12-36x allows you to change between a larger field of view at low zoom magnification and more image detail at higher zoom. Additionally, this spotting scope provides a 4.2-1.4mm exit pupil range, a 15' minimum focus, and a 23mm long eye relief to accommodate eyeglass wearers.Beyond the optical highlights, the scope features a water-resistant housing with shade sleeve, coaxial fine and coarse focusing knob, rotating collar for tripod connection, and a rubber eyecup. - Optical Performance
