Product description The BT-1 Wireless Remote Control from SmallHD can be used with 500 and 700 series on-board monitors. This finger-sized unit is particularly useful when employing the monitor as an EVF (electronic viewfinder) for your camcorder or DSLR. All of the monitor's settings can be accessed through the RC. The BT-1 Wireless Remote Control can be mounted to a handgrip, gimbal, tripod, etc. Up to three units may be paired to the same monitor, eliminating the need to detach the RC and carry it from one rig to another. For ease of use, the BT-1 Wireless Remote Control replicates the same joystick and push-button controls found on the monitor itself. The selection orientation (up/down, L/R, etc.) of the joystick and buttons can be changed to suit how the RC is mounted - upright, upside down, or sideways. An auto-save function kicks in after two minutes of inactivity, saving battery power. The BT-1 Wireless Remote Control's firmware is updated wirelessly from the monitor. Note: The monitor must be updated with the latest firmware in order to work with the BT-1 RC. - Compatible Monitors
