Product description The DVX-UTTX DVI-D/USB over Dual CAT6 Extender Transmitter Unit from Smart-AVI extends a DVI input along with a USB input by up to 250' over two CAT6 cables. The DVI signal can be carried over alone. The USB transmission is voluntary. Its purpose is to enable USB functionality in the separately-sold DVX-Ultra DVX-UTRX receiver that the transmitter connects to. The receiver has, in addition to a DVI output, four USB outputs for connecting to keyboards, mice, and other interface devices. The transmitter supports resolutions of up to 1920x1200, and features a plug-and-play functionality. It is compatible with all operating systems, and it is compliant with all USB 1.1 and 2.0 specifications.
Note: A CAT6 STP cable is required for transmitting the DVI signal, and an unshielded CAT6 can be used for the USB signal. - Extends a DVI and a USB signal 250 feet over two CAT6 cables
