Product description The FVX-3000S Multimode Fiber Extender from Smart-AVI consists of a transmitter and receiver that extend KVM, VGA, audio, and RS-232 signals. It is a professional quality device capable of extending signals up to 1400' over a single multimode fiber optic cable. Fiber optic transmission over long distances is virtually immune to electromagnetic interference, ensures no signal loss, is safe (cannot be easily tapped), and allows routing through small spaces. - Maximum 1400' extension over multimode fiber
