Product description The HDX-LX-RX HDMI and IR Receiver from Smart-AVI uses a single CAT5 UTP cable to receive HDMI signal from up to 250' (76m) from the source using HDBaseT technology when paird with the HDX-LX-TX Transmitter. It is capable of receiving uncompressed HD video up to 1080p (60 Hz @ 48-bit, and 3D) at up to 3.4 Gb/s. It also supports receiving of Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD MA audio signals. The receiver is HDMI 1.3 / HDCP compliant, and supports bi-directional IR extension that simplifies controlling the video source. It is suitable for applications such as home theater, corporate / educational presentations, call centers, isolated industrial workstations, information terminals / kiosk, airport installations (air traffic control / passenger information), and educational environments that require remote displays.
