Product description The HLX-TX500 Chainable HDMI Extender Transmitter from Smart-AVI transmits HDMI signals up to 500' via LAN. It is designed for use with the HLX-RX500 Receiver. Users can set up their own extension cabling or utilize the pre-existing LAN infrastructure they have access to. The HLX-TX500 Transmitter compresses data to utilize Cat5e/6 cables, but users will see no degradation of signal when using one Gigabit Internet connections and up. For users utilizing pre-existing LAN connections, implementing a one Gigabit switch allows for full resolution extension. Users with lesser bandwidth will experience compressed signals, if they choose. With no software or driver required, users can easily extend HDMI signals from sources such as HDTVs, Blu-ray players, and video game consoles. The HLX-TX500 Transmitter supports up to Full HD 1080p video at 60 Hz, and can be controlled with an IR remote control (not included). The transmitter is a compact unit that can be easily integrated into a digital display network at retail stores, restaurants, and office spaces. - Transmits HDMI signal up to 500' feet via LAN (CAT5e/6 cables)
- Chainable for thousands of feet of extension
- Supports high resolution Full HD 1080p video (1920 x 1080) at 60 Hz
- Can be controlled with an IR remote control (not included)
- No software or driver required
