Product description The USB2NANOS from Smart-AVI is a USB 2.0 over Cat-5e extender link comprising the USB2NANO-TXS transmitter and the USB2NANO-RXS receiver. These two units are designed to extend USB connectivity between a USB-capable device and your PC/laptop over a distance of up to 150'. A single Cat-5/5e/6 cable is used for interconnection. This receiver supports USB 2.0 devices, such as flash drives and printers, and can be used with your Windows, Mac, or Linux operating system. A USB hub can be added to your extender configuration to accommodate multiple devices. Typical applications of the USB2NANO extender include digital signage, home networking, remote USB connections, USB device sharing, and security systems. - USB2NANO-RXS USB 2.0 over Cat-5e Extender Link (Receiver Only) The USB2NANO-RXS from Smart-AVI is a USB 2.0 over Cat-5e receiver designed to work with the USB2NANO-TXS transmitter (sold separately) to extend USB connectivity between a USB-capable device and your PC/laptop over a distance of up to 150'.
