Product description The SmartAVI XTP-RXS UXGA Monitor, Audio, RS232 and Infrared (IR) Signal Receiver is a Cat-5 balun designed for use with the XTP-TXS transmitter balun. Together they extend VGA, XGA, SUN, Mac and SGI compatible monitors, stereo audio, RS232 remote and IR signal up to 1000' away from the CPU. Both are required to complete the extension between the CPU and monitor. The signal is sent between the transmitter and receiver via standard Cat-5 cable. - Extends signal up to 1000' with Cat-5
