Product description Time-Lapse Tips and Tools Read More This CF500X Carbon Fiber Tripod with BH8X Ball Head from Smith-Victor is a camera support system that can hold up to 18 lb. It extends from 20.3" to 66" and folds to 26.3" for transport. The four leg sections are individually adjustable and held in place by twist locks. The center column is reversible for low-angle shots, and features a ballast hook for hanging a bag or adding weight for stability. A short center column is included as well.
Included with the tripod is the BH8X ball head and quick-release plate. It has separate locks for the pan and ball movements, and a tension control knob to fine-tune the speed of the ball. A built-in bubble level helps adjust your camera to the horizon, and a numbered scale lets you make panning adjustments in 5° increments.
