Product description Time-Lapse Tips and Tools Read More The P500 Pinnacle Digital Economy Tripod from Smith-Victor is a basic photo and video tripod equipped with a simple pan and tilt head.
Constructed of aluminum and polycarbonate, the P500 utilizes a 3-section leg design and rapid center column to achieve a maximum height of 53". It can be lowered to a minimum height of 15" and collapses down to just 20" for transport and storage. Weighing just 2.1 lb for easy transport, it can support up to 5 lb, more than twice it's weight, and is recommended for use with compact and mid-size cameras and camcorders.
The integrated pan and tilt head uses a simple, single-handle design to lock and unlock the head, allowing the user to freely reposition the camera when needed. The head also features a single, common 1/4"-20 threaded screw for compatibility with most cameras and also uses a retractable locating pin for use with camcorders.
