Product description Small in size but big in output and features, the V1000 Camera Mounted Variable Color On-Camera LED Light from Smith-Victor is an on-camera light with a maximum output of 1000 lumens. With a 3200 to 5800K color temperature range, the light's output can be used in a variety of lighting environments, and it has a CRI rating of 90 for good color reproduction. Not only is the color temperature of the light's output variable, the brightness of the output can also be dimmed from 100 to 10%.
The V1000 features a built-in lithium-ion battery and draws only 10W at maximum brightness. This allows you to run the light at maximum power draw for approximately 2 hours on a single charge. It incorporates a single knob that enables you to adjust the brightness and the color temperature. A pivot in the fixture enables 120° of tilt adjustment. You can mount the fixture to your camera's cold shoe using the mounting foot. You can also mount the light on a stand with a 1/4"-20 threaded stud by taking advantage of the threaded mounting hole in the base of the mounting foot. - The output of the light is continuously variable from 3200 to 5800K.
- The push of a button allows you to change the control of the dial from brightness to color temperature. To go back to brightness control, just push the button again.
- An included cloth diffuser enables softening of the light's output.
