Product description The B&H Binocular Buying Guide Read More The 8x50 HD Profinder Binocular from Snypex combines high-definition (HD) glass optics and phase-corrected BAK4 roof prisms to deliver bright and clear images—even in low light. The optical elements are fully multi-coated to provide high light transmission and feature a special coating that repels water from optical surfaces. With an 8x magnification and 50mm objectives, you experience insignificant image jitter due to unsteady hands, and bright images even in low lighting conditions like dusk or dawn. In addition to observing distant scenes, birds and game, the minimum focus of just 4 feet allows detailed study of small birds, butterflies, flowers, and insects. The binocular also features a wide 6.3mm exit pupil and a long 21mm eye relief to make long-duration viewing more comfortable.The binocular also features a lightweight and durable magnesium/aluminum-alloy body with a lightly contoured rubber armoring that provides both external protection and a secure non-slip grip. The housing is nitrogen filled and O-ring sealed to be waterproof and submersible to 3' and resistant to fogging, so you can use it in a wide range of outdoor activities including boating and water rafting.
