Product description Softube Mutable Instruments Braids is a macro-oscillator expansion module for the company's Modular virtual synthesizer plug-in. Faithfully emulating the hardware and firmware of the original Braids Eurorack module, it features a sophisticated digital-synthesis engine capable of producing and manipulating complex sounds ranging from vintage synths, plucked and bowed strings, bells, and wind instruments to vocals and vowel/formant sounds, noise, granular clouds, or glitchy, out-of-control modulated sounds.Mutable Instruments Braids offers over 45 algorithms with multiple oscillators, wavetables, filters, VCAs, ring modulators, and more. Sounds can be edited with the Timbre and Color tone controls, which are preprogrammed to perform different functions for each algorithm, allowing you to adjust multiple parameters at once to help you quickly find the sweet spot. The module can be used as a self-contained synth voice or along with other modules to vastly expand the instrument's sonic possibilities. - Key Features
