Product description Whittling fire-starter sticks, batoning kindling or any other cutting task is a pleasure with the Ace Clip Point Fixed-Blade Knife from SOG. Simple and sturdy, the Ace features a 3.8" blade made of 7CR17MOV stainless steel, with a clip point for good piercing capability and a straight edge that's easily sharpened and resists rust. Two pronounced finger grooves give the user purchase on the blade, and jimping on the spine adds both force and control. The handle is crafted of grippy thermoplastic rubber and is fitted with a hole for a lanyard. The Ace's sheath is made with a slot that allows the sheathed knife to be used for cutting cord or, if need be, a seatbelt.
