Product description Utilizing SOG Compound Leverage technology, the black oxide PowerLock EOD Multi-Tool with V-Cutter allows users to gain twice the leverage of an average tool for crimping and the plier jaws for enhanced performance. This 18-tool unit also uses 420 stainless steel in its construction for durability and corrosion resistance. The wire and blasting cap crimpers are positioned in the handle for improved performance. The needle-nose pliers are still present, and feature a hard wire cutter for versatility. For pruning chores, the device has a wood saw with double tooth design for optimal performance. Other useful tools packed into the PowerLock EOD include a 1/2 serrated blade, a 1/4" drive, an awl, bottle and can openers, a ruler, V-cutter, small, medium, and large flat head screwdrivers, a 3-sided file, and a Phillips screwdriver. To top it all off, this tool comes with a nylon sheath that has a belt clip attachment and hook-and-loop closure. - Tools
