Product description The red Sony NW-E395 Series Walkman Digital Music Player supports playback of PCM, AAC, WMA, and MP3 audio files. It features 16GB of internal flash memory and a 1.77" TFT color LCD screen with QQVGA 128 x 160 resolution. The Walkman's built-in rechargeable battery provides up to 35 hours of continuous audio playback on only 2 hours of charge. Plus, it supports drag-and-drop media file transfers from compatible Mac or Windows computers.
This Walkman also utilizes Sony's ClearAudio+ technologies, including Clear Bass, which allows the Walkman to reproduce dynamic deep bass without distortion, even at a high volume. There's an integrated dynamic normalizer and five-band equalizer as well. For added convenience, the NW-E395 ships with a pair of earbud headphones and a USB cable. - ClearAudio+ optimizes the balance of frequencies with one touch

Through the remote efforts of a Tech was able to get back online, however, "settings" are only listed 1 - 5 with no action listed as was 'visibly' available, (i.e. Scan both sides, Black and White, Color, etc.)
