This extended warranty covers all parts and labor for defects in materials and workmanship, including premature electrical / electronic and mechanical failure, and is subject to all the terms, conditions, and limitations of Sony's standard Limited Product Warranties. - SupportNET

With a range of programs that includes DepotPLUS, OnsitePLUS, Onsite24, Advance Exchange, and customized solutions, Sony has a program to suit all your service and support needs.
- On-Time Support Advanced Loaner Program (OTS)
- Sony's OTS program entitles customers to the use of a loaner unit of comparable function while their equipment is being repaired by Sony.
