While the Holy Grail War is over, the land's ruler faces challenges and threats from all sides. Those Servants who survived the war now find themselves drawing up tense and unlikely alliances in order to prepare for a conflict that may destroy SE.RA.PH. Fate/EXTELLA: The Umbral Star pits players against enemy armies. Featuring fan favorite characters, Servants (also known as Heroic Spirits) reborn from human history and mythology, as both allies and opponents. Before starting each stage, a player can select the difficulty level, from Easy to Very Hard (available only after the story has been completed once). Fighting on higher difficulty levels grants better skills and equipment.
