Product description The Sony ICD-SX2000 Recorder with Rode smartLav+ Microphone Kit from features a Sony ICD-SX2000 high-resolution digital voice recorder, a Rode smartLav+ lavalier microphone, and a Rode SC3 3.5mm TRRS to TRS adapter cable. Accessories include a windscreen, a USB connection-support cable, Sound Organizer 2 software, and a carrying case. The kit can be used to capture stereo recordings in a variety of environments. The recorder has a 16GB internal memory and can capture up to 636 hours of MP3 recordings. It sports two adjustable microphones and has three adjustable settings including Zoom (for situations including business meetings), XY (for things like band rehearsals), and Wide Stereo (for recording outdoors). The ICD-SX2000 can record in WAV or MP3 formats and can play audio through its built-in speaker or over headphones. Also, the kit's Rode smartLav+ is a lavalier microphone for your Apple or Android mobile device that is designed to clip onto your shirt or lapel. It features an omnidirectional condenser capsule and captures sound equally from all sides of the microphone. It is compatible with iPhone 5S, 5, 5C, 4S, 4, iPad Air, iPad (3rd generation), iPad 2 and mini, iPod touch (4th and 5th generation), and many Android devices. Finally, the Rode adapter cable allows you to connect the output of your smartLav+ microphone to a 3.5mm TRS-equipped device such as a camera or audio recorder. The smartLav+ also features improved sensitivity and higher signal-to-noise ratio over the original smartLav. The package comes with a mic clip with cable management, a foam pop shield and a small carry pouch.
