Product description The Sony SRS-XB31 Portable Wireless Bluetooth Speaker has been designed to be the life of the party. With Live Sound mode, Sony uses DSP technology to spread the music out to a wider audience for a festival-like audio experience. You can increase the coverage drastically by using Wireless Party Chain. It lets you hook up to 100 (optional) speakers together, all syncing to play the same audio. EXTRA BASS gives that audio an additional deep and powerful boost of bass to keep the party going.
Utilizing Bluetooth and NFC technologies, the SRS-XB31 can stream audio from a smartphone or tablet. During playback, you can manage the audio via the built-in controls, or through Sony's Music Center app for Android and iOS devices.
Stream that audio inside or out, thanks to its IP67 rated protection, which means the speaker is totally waterproof and dustproof. It's even constructed from materials that make it totally rustproof as well, so a little salt water won't ruin the party. - Let the Music Play All Day
- The XB31 features a built-in battery that can provide you with up to 24 hours of playback per charge.
- It's Also a Speakerphone
- Thanks to the built-in microphone, the SRS-XB31 has the ability to function as a speakerphone when needed.
- Charge Your Phones
- The XB31 can charge your smartphone via the built-in USB Type-A charging port. Just plug in an (optional) compatible charging cable to start charging from the speaker's battery.
- Multicolor Lights & Strobes
- Multi-Color party line lights and flashing strobes are built into the speaker that pulse and flash in sync with the music.
- Party Booster
- This unique feature lets you play the speaker like an instrument, for a totally unique party experience. Tap it in different places and the XB31 will create different sounds, like a scratch, snare, kick drum, or cowbell. Tap it gently for a soft sound or give it a good whack for a louder response.
- Mica-Reinforced Cellular Speaker
- The rigid and lightweight Mica-Reinforced Cellular (MRC) speaker cone is designed to control the sound without losing quality, by driving power directly to your beats.
