Product description The WH-L600 Digital Surround Wireless Over-Ear Headphones from Sony feature 40mm dome drivers and multiple sound modes. These sound modes are designed to enhance your audio experience based on the specific type of content you listen to. Choose from Theater Mode, Game Mode, Sport Mode, and Voice Mode. If your content happens to support 7.1 surround sound, such as Blu-rays and games, then you'll be able to take advantage of Dolby Audio technology, which simulates a 7.1-channel surround sound environment.
With up to 17 hours of playback on a full charge, Sony has designed the WH-L600 headphones to be comfortable during extended use. Thanks to a wireless range of approximately 98', you can even get up and go to another room without skipping a beat. Volume controls are built into the earcup to let you easily adjust the audio that's transmitted from the charging stand, which has multiple audio inputs for a myriad of device connections. When you're done listening, simply place the headphones on the stand so they can be recharged and ready to go for next time. - Multiple Sound Modes
- Theater Mode: Working in conjunction with Sony Pictures Entertainment, Theater Mode is designed to ensure you get an authentic movie theater sound experience. In order to achieve this, Sony combined their Virtual Phones Technology with a virtual sound field that's based on the analysis of SPE's motion picture sound mixing stage.
Game Mode: With the help of PlayStation developers, this sound mode is designed to maximize the quality of gaming audio.
Sport Mode: This mode is designed to fine tune the ambient crowd noise of broadcasts to help you hear more of the action.
