Product description The AES/EBU 8-In/8-Out D-Sub Card from Soundcraft gives the option of adding 8 inputs and 8 outputs of AES/EBU interconnectivity with the Si Performer, Expression and Compact range of consoles. These consoles offer a 128-channel expansion bus with 64 discrete additional input sources and 64 additional output patches that may be used to transport audio to and from a supported network, for connection to a Soundcraft Stagebox or other third-party devices.
By adding this optional card to a Soundcraft Si digital console, you can interface your desk with a multitude of analogue and digital systems, whilst expanding I/O count beyond that of the standard console configuration. Routing to and from the option cards is achieved via the 'Patching' functionality on the console. The number of option cards that may be fitted varies by product model. Please check before purchasing to ensure compatibility with your console.
As there are two available AES/EBU card options compatible with the Si range, please note that this is the D-Sub card with a D-type connector which has 8 inputs and 8 outputs.
