Product description The white, two-way, blind-mount, CM-EZ Series CM-EZ-II 8″ Coaxial In-Ceiling Speaker from SoundTube Entertainment incorporates an 8" polypropylene driver with rubber surround and a 7.3 liter steel backcan for an extended frequency response of 54 Hz to 22 kHz, -10 dB. The speaker features the integrated blind-mount Snap Cam 4-point, spring-loaded mounting system and 21-gauge steel tile bridge that ensure rapid and secure installation in any drop-tile ceiling application. It also features a quick-release mechanism for easy servicing. The speaker incorporates a 6-position tap switch with transformer bypass position for 25/70.7/100V modes. The ceramic input terminal accepts up to 10-gauge plenum-rated signal wire and includes a thermal fuse. This speaker is suitable for use in voice alarm applications subject to EN60849 and BS5839-8 regulations. Engineered for general background to foreground music and paging applications, the CM-EZ-II is suitable for medical facilities, retail stores, restaurants, airports, places of worship, conference centers, and boardrooms. - Features an 8" (203mm) polypropylene cone with butyl rubber surround and a 1" (25mm) polypropylene balanced dome tweeter with FerroFluid
- Integrated backcan with 25/70.7/100V tap settings with transformer bypass position for ease of ordering, stocking, and installation
