Product description The black CM82-EZ-FS 8" Coaxial In-Ceiling Fire Signalling Speaker from SoundTube Entertainment is a two-way, blind mount speaker specifically designed for use in fire signaling systems. This 16 ohm speaker consists of an 8" woofer and a 1" silk dome tweeter. The CM62-EZ-II incorporates a painted steel grille and has a ceramic input terminal. The in-ceiling speaker includes a five-position rotary switch with a 16Ω transformer bypass position. A tile bridge and mounting hardware are included.
The CM82-EZ-FS is designed to fit most industrial or commercial suspended ceilings, and can be used for paging and background music applications. - One 8" woofer with butyl rubber surround and one 1" silk dome tweeter
- 5-Position tap switch for 25/70.7/100V to allow easy ordering, stocking, and installation
- 89dB sensitivity, 16Ω impedance, and sealed enclosure for high efficiency
- Voice intelligibility with a 10 kHz coverage and 95° angle
- Incorporates a painted steel grille with a rust inhibitor for increased durability
- 0.04 to 1.6" adaptable to material thickness
- UL 1480 (UUMW) and 2043, cUL, CE (EMC Directive 89/366/EEC, EN55020, EN55013) approved
