Product description Provided by third party: Offering an economical option for expansion of audio coverage in a digital speaker system, this Dante addressable coaxial in-ceiling speaker has output terminals for connection and power of up to three additional standard CM52-BGM speakers. The speaker incorporates one polypropylene woofer with rubber surround and one silk dome tweeter. BroadBeam Ring technology and a tuned port on the baffle provide smooth off-axis performance, mid-range clarity and bass response to 65 Hz (-10 dB). Low latency digital audio, power, and control are delivered to the speaker via standard category cable; connection is made on the other end to the STNet switch or other PoE/PoE+ switch. May also be powered via a 24 V DC barrel connector for non-PoE installations. Configuration and zoning of the speaker are accomplished via software. When combined with standard speakers, the four-speaker cluster can be split and configured to handle two separate channels of audio.
