The variety of templates are pre-designed to fit an array of industry standard printing sizes and an Auto Composition function allows you to simply select the files for your album and insert them with a single click. For more personalized control over the look of your project, an expansive library of different backgrounds, clip-art graphics, masks, and frames can be added to your pages as well as text and other visual effects. Templates can be swapped out while retaining your photo and graphic content, too, and a layers-based interface gives you more control when organizing various design components. Once your photo album design is finished, you can export to various standard file formats for printing, sharing, and proofing.
Album Express 6 is a standalone application and directly supports working with external photo editing programs for refining your image quality. This version is an upgrade for owners of a previous version of Album Express and is compatible with Windows operating systems. - Various Sizes and Formats
- Several styles of templates are available and correspond to industry standard printing sizes. Each of the templates incorporate safety margins for printing, along with the ability to adjust your template based on the number of pages in an album.
- Auto Composition
- An Auto Composition function helps to automate the process of inserting photos within an album when creating an original album, starting from a previous project, or using one of the templates available. The automated process will insert a group of images from a chosen folder, or individually selected image files, and populate each of the pages of the album with a single click.
- Photo Editing
- Color correction adjustments can be made to images within the application or the interface also permits opening files directly into external editing applications for further refinement.
- Page Decor
- Complementing your imagery, a wide range of clip-art, graphics, frames, masks, and backgrounds can also be added to the album pages. In addition to the library of built-in graphics, additional graphics can be downloaded for free from the manufacturer's site.
- Replace a Template
- Templates can seamlessly be swapped out and replaced while maintaining the same photographic content of your album.
