Product description Able to capture clear images of license plates moving at up to 24 MPH, the CLPR66H 960H Outdoor LPR Camera with Night Vision from Speco Technologies features a 1/3" CCD sensor to record 700 TVL video. Eight IR LEDs allow the camera to produce clear images of objects in complete darkness from up to 49' away. Its 9-22mm varifocal lens has a 38-10° vertical field of view to monitor small areas and focus in on specific subjects. Housed in an IP66-rated enclosure with a built-in sunshield, this camera is suitable for outdoor use. - 960H CCD sensor captures 700 TVL resolution video
