Product description The StarTech 2-to-1 RJ45 Splitter Adapter supports 10/100 networking speeds and delivers two networking signals using a single Ethernet cable. This setup requires you to have two 2-to-1 RJ45 Splitter adapters. It takes the signal coming from two cables and delivers the data through a single Cat 5 or 5e cable to the second optional adapter, which separates the signal back to two connections. This feature eliminates the need to run two cables throughout the home or workplace to connect a computer and Smart TV to the router. In addition, the adapter comes with two Ethernet female jacks and an integrated cable with an Ethernet male connector. - Suitable for 10/100 Mb/s Ethernet applications
- Allows two 10/100 Ethernet signals through a single CAT 5/5e wire
- Requires a second 2-to-1 RJ45 Splitter adapter at opposite end of the Ethernet Cable
- Cannot be used to share a single network line with 2 computers; use a hub instead
