Product description The black 4-Port USB 2.0 Extender over Cat5/6 from StarTech lets you extend up to four USB 2.0 connections over distances up to 330’ over standard Cat5 or Cat6 UTP cabling. Backward compatible with USB 1.0 devices, this extender allows up to four USB devices to be placed at remote locations away from the host computer system.This extender offers data transfer rates up to 480 Mb/s and 500mA of power per port (with the use of an external power adapter at the remote end). This USB extender is a fast, easy-to-set up, and versatile USB extension solution with a sleek metal enclosure that ensures durability in virtually all types of operating environments. - General
