Product description The StarTech DisplayPort Male to HDMI Male Cable converts a DisplayPort output on your device into an HDMI connection, so the system can deliver up to 4K resolutions to a TV or projector. This cable is 3.3' long and comes with a DisplayPort male plug on one end and an HDMI male connector on the other side. Additionally, it is backward compatible with 1080p and 720p resolutions, for compatibility with your existing gear. - Picture Quality
- This adapter cable converts a DisplayPort connection to an HDMI output and supports 4K video quality, which is four times the resolution of 1080p. With support for high-definition resolutions of 1080p and 720p, it is backward compatible with lower resolution displays and video sources.

- This cable connects directly from your DisplayPort video source to the HDMI port on your display. It doesn't need a power source, unlike other converter dongles that require active power and separate bulky video cabling.
