Product description The 6', black DisplayPort to DVI Video Adapter Converter Cable from StarTech allows you to connect a DVI capable display directly to a DisplayPort video card/source with a single cable. It provides a connection distance of 6' (1.8m) and features a male DVI connector and a male DisplayPort connector.
The cable supports high bandwidth video transmission and delivers monitor resolution of up to 1920 x 1200 or HDTV resolution of up to 1080p. It allows you to take full advantage of your DVI capable display, while using a cutting edge DisplayPort video source. To support DVI and HDMI signal transmissions, a DisplayPort++ port is required. - Plug-and-play converter makes your DisplayPort source backwards compatible with your DVI-D display
