Product description The High-Resolution Video DVI to VGA Converter from Startech supports resolutions up to 1920 x 1200, allowing you to take full advantage of your VGA monitor’s capabilities. It converts a DVI-D (digital) input video signal to a VGA (analog) output, saving time by eliminating the need to purchase a digital display for compatibility with DVI-D video cards or devices.
A true plug-and-play solution, this unit is easy to install. You can simply connect the DVI-D output port to the adapter using the included DVI cable, then connect a VGA monitor/projector to the VGA port on the adapter. The unit is powered by one USB port, which is easily found on most computers. A DVI source (i.e., cable or satellite set top box, computer) can be displayed onto a VGA or HDTV display using a VGA connector. - Converts a DVI-D (digital) signal to work with a VGA monitor
