Product description The Steadicam Merlin 2 Camera Stabilizing System Kit with Custom Case from B&H provides you with a lightweight camera stabilizer with a custom case designed to store and carry it. The kit includes the Merlin 2 stabilizer and the Porta Brace LR-2BMRL Custom Case.
The lightweight Steadicam Merlin 2 Camera Stabilizing System lets you go where the scene takes you--up or down steps, indoors and out, through crowds--almost without limitation. The Merlin 2 weighs just 1.4 lb and can handle cameras up to 5 lb in weight. Utilizing a metal gimbal, the stabilizer gives you precise, elegant control for dramatic, smooth, and professional looking footage. The quick-release mount lets you instantly switch between your stabilizer and any tripod.
When it's time to pack up, the Merlin 2 stabilizer can be stored in the LR-2BMRL custom case designed by Porta Brace. The case is constructed from 1000 denier Cordura nylon and features a fully padded interior main compartment and large front pocket. There are also exterior pockets that will hold accessories and production supplies. The three dividers can create four compartments or can lie flat to make 1 large compartment. The run bag can be carried by two top suede leather-covered handles, two side suede leather-covered haul handles or a removable, adjustable suede-leather shoulder strap.
