If you like hunting in low light conditions, consider the 1-5x24 Nighthunter Extreme Riflescope from Steiner. It is optimized to over-perform in twilight at medium ranges. The state-of-art optics feature superior-quality optical glass, multiple anti-reflection coatings, and an additional Diamond Night Lens Coating that improves image brightness, resolution, contrast, and clarity in low light conditions, even with a relatively small 24mm aperture. You don't have to worry about moisture, dust, grease or dirt abstracting your view because its Hydrophobic coating on the objective lens will protect it. The aiming is parallax-free at 328'.
Located in the second focal plane is the illuminated 4A-1 German #4 Reticle. It features three medium posts, a thin crosshair, and a brightly illuminated fine center dot. It has a wide gate and provides a clear of your targets. The Steiner Smart Illumination features a memory recall of last setting and an auto off function.
The aluminum housing is durable, lightweight, and boasts a single-piece main tube. It is nitrogen-filled to provide a fogproof and waterproof performance. You don't even have to worry about accidentally getting it wet or dropping into water because it is submersible to 6". Complimenting a rugged design, the eyepiece allows for a fast focusing action. Also included are one CR-2032 battery and a neoprene cover. - Optical Performance
