Product description Wirelessly connect your M830r LRF 1535nm binocular to a Kestrel 5700 Elite weather meter or another LiNK-enabled device with ballistics software using Steiner's Bluetooth Adapter. With the adapter installed, the binocular's integrated rangefinder transmits ranging data to the LiNK device to generate an accurate firing solution. The adapter connects to the binocular using a waterproof ODU Mini-Snap connection that is specifically designed for a solid and secure connection that won't come unplugged accidentally. Power comes from the binocular to help reduce the adapter's weight to a mere 0.4 ounces, and utilizes Bluetooth 4.1 for a range of 5.5 yards to the LiNK-enabled device. To withstand similar environmental conditions to the binocular, Steiner made the adapter waterproof to a depth of 16 feet.
