Product description Enjoy soft light when you want it, bright light when you need it, red night-vision and an SOS emergency signal with the Siege Lantern by Streamlight. Powered by user-supplied D cell alkaline batteries, the Siege's four white C4 LEDs run at low, medium, and high settings, while its red LED can be set to high or flashing SOS. The polycarbonate lens cover produces a soft 360° glow; remove it for up to 540 lumens of white light. Runtime ranges from 430 hours on red SOS to 30 hours on white at high power. The on-off switch is also a battery power indicator light, so you'll know when it's time to get a fresh power supply. The lantern floats, is IPX7-rated and submersible to 3.3,' and is impact resistant. It measures 7.3 x 3.8" and weighs 1.9 lb with batteries. - Performance

I have one that has been used very little. It stays in my truck box to be used for emergencies. I changed these batteries and it will not come on. I am about to take it apart and try to fix it. The switch is stuck.
All I want is a user manual and your sight kept asking me if I was a robot and when it was established that I was not nothing would download.
