Product description The Strut STR-H5WX is a custom-fit case for the Zoom H5 digital recorder with an integrated fuzzy windscreen. It is designed to protect your valuable recorder from the elements while still providing full access to all controls. The sewn-on windscreen is made from simulated-fur and will fit over the top of the XYH-5 and MSH-6 mic modules for enhanced wind diffusion and cleaner recordings.
The recorder's front button controls can be pressed through the STR-H5WX's clear vinyl window, which flips up so the gain wheels can be adjusted. It offers easy access to the 1/4"/20 mount, and its side zippers give quiet, unobstructed access to all controls and jacks. Additionally, the case allows for easy access to make battery changes and offers protection to all of the H5's XLR connections from dust and moisture.
The STR-H5WX's lid can be flipped and fit over the H5's XYH-5 mic capsule when you're not recording, and will also fit over the MSH-6 and EXH-6 XLR modules. The case allows for multiple carrying options and can be worn on a belt, attached to a boom, hung from a lanyard, or worn with the STR-HAR2 optional harness and body pedestal. - Constructed from 1000D Cordura nylon with waterproof coating
