Product description An ideal kit for fashion and portrait photographers, the 28" White Beauty Dish with Grid from Studio Essentials provides a soft but crisp quality of light and the means to control it. The kit includes the beauty dish with a high-gloss white interior, and a 40-degree honeycomb grid to control spill light and allow selective lighting of your subject. A sock-type diffuser is included for an even softer rendering of light. The Beauty Dish has a Bowens S-Type mount for compatible flash heads. - White Beauty Dish (28") A favorite of fashion and portrait photographers and those illustrating hair and makeup, the 28" White Beauty Dish from Studio Essentials widens the flash head's beam, softening the light while maintaining detail on the subject. A sock-type diffuser is included for an even softer rendering. The beauty dish has a Bowens S-Type mount, making it compatible with the many flash head manufacturers that use this popular mount.

The grid also controls spill light in the studio, so if you are using a dark or moody background, it stays that way. Another advantage of using the grid is a greater degree of directional control, a valuable asset, especially in multi-light setups.
