Product description The Phone Installation/Configuration Service from Studio Network Solutions provides dedicated installation hotline access for those who have purchased an EVO Shared Media Storage Server. This service should only be purchased by those who want assistance via phone with a Studio Network Solutions engineer for basic EVO installation.
Please be aware that the cost of this service provides one-time access to the installation hotline, which is open Monday-Friday, from 10am-4pm, Central Standard Time (CST). The service does not include data migration or backup support and data migration/backup is required prior to the service data. The rates for this service apply to the above times only and this service is also subject to approval by a system engineer. Lastly, this service may be canceled so long as 24 hours notice is given.
