The touch panel achieves a well balanced performance for touch panel lifetime, response, and resolution. It also provides stable operation under direct sunlight. The exterior is designed to protect internal components from rain, insects, dust, humidity, and salt air. To round out the durability of the displays, they are built with aluminum cabinets that resist corrosion and impact-resistant tempered glass. - Dispersive signal (3M Microtouch) touchscreen technology
