Product description The Sunpak PZ58x Flash is a shoe-mount unit compatible with Sony cameras with ADI / P-TTL metering. It features a powerful guide number of 190' at ISO 100 and 105mm which contributes to the effective range of 4.3-190.3'. Also, it has a fast recycle time of just 3.5 seconds even at full output.
For getting the right lighting, this unit has a bounce and swivel head, capable of rotating and tilting to get the proper bounce or lighting angle. Built into this head are a reflector card and wide-angle diffuser. These allow you to utilize the PZ58x in a wider range of conditions, such as with a wide angle lens or when trying to bounce some light onto the subject.
All settings can be set via the LCD control panel located on the back of the flash. Additionally, this flash can be used as a wireless slave unit when needed with TTL functionality. The PZ58x runs on 4 AA batteries and includes a case, stand, and diffuser. This unit is compatible with Sony's Multi Interface Shoe and is not natively compatible with the older Sony/Minolta Auto-Lock Accessory Shoe. Though, with the use of an optional adapter, Sony cameras with the Auto-Lock Accessory Shoe can be adapted to use Multi Interface Shoe external flashes with full compatibility. - Approximately 100 to 700 flashes with 4 AA batteries
- Can use an optional power pack
- Exposure adjustment from -2 to +2 in 1/2 step increments
- Power ratio from 1/1 to 1/128
