Product description The DMC-225R Vertical Rail with End Clamp from Sunwayfoto is a CNC machined T6061 aluminum plate with a type III black anodized, scratch-resistant finish. The rail has Arca-type-compatible double dovetails, and a built-in vertical Arca clamp on one end. Therefore, different accessories such as a Y-type support can attach to the clamp, and it can it easily maintain the weight of a large telephoto lens. The vertical rail is also compatible with panoramic heads to extend the shooting range of the panoramic kit. The plate has multiple sockets for mounting accessories and scale marks on the side of the rail to precisely position the plate on a head. On the opposite end of the clamp, is located a machined lug to attach a wrist, neck or sling strap.
