Product description Designed to meet the needs of high capacity storage applications, the 8-Port SAS Internal RAID Controller Card from Supermicro features eight internal SAS connectors along with an LSI SAS 3108 8-port PCI-E SAS-3 controller. This RAID controller card is capable of handling up to eight devices and supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, and 60 giving admins the ability to configure storage to suit a variety of business needs. With an on-board IO processor and 2GB of DDR3 on-card cache this RAID card can function efficiently even under heavy workloads.
