Product description SureFire flashlights are known around the world as the lighting system for any and every tactical scenario. In 1969 their original product line consisted of laser sighting systems for firearms. After many years of intense research and development, the SureFire WeaponLight was born and low light law enforcement & military operations changed forever. SureFire then went on to establish themselves as the leading manufacturer of rugged, powerful and compact illumination tools for tactical applications; from weapon-mounted lights and laser sights, shield lights, baton lights & hand-held lights powerful and bright enough to qualify as force-multiplier tools that could temporarily blind, unbalance, and disorient a threat. The HellFighter Searchlight Kit includes a high-intensity discharge (HID) arc lamp that delivers a perfectly focused 3000 lumen beam. This blinding tunnel of light is capable of reaching out hundreds of yards into the night, cutting a swath of visibility into what would otherwise be an impenetrable cloak of darkness. The HellFighter is designed to mount onto a .50 caliber machine gun, or a Minigun. The versatile design of this powerhouse illumination tool also provides for vehicle mounting, or hand-held operation. Two switching options are available for enhanced operational functionality; a replacement spade grip with an integral constant-on switch, and a second constant-on switch located at the rear of the HellFighter's grip. Two military 5590 batteries provide the power necessary to drive the potent HID lamp. As an option, a 12V auto battery can be employed, and either power source can be quickly connected to the HellFighter via the proprietary 10' cable. This HellFighter light comes fitted with a SureFire FM73 IR filter that is compatible with night vision equipment. It also includes the M88A M2 Long Mount for attachment to an M2HB, a 10' battery cable, and a hard-shell carry case.
