Product description SureFire's iconic light gets and upgrade in the M600IB Scout Light IntelliBeam LED WeaponLight. Outfitted with an active sensor and microprocessor, the IntelliBeam system continuously monitors and measures the ambient light and distance to where the beam is aimed and automatically adjusts the output, between 100 and 600 lumens, to provide the optimum amount of light without blinding back splash. A factory-focused Total Internal Reflection (TIR) lens optimizes the light's throw and produces a beam with a bright center, and a dimmer peripheral ring without holes or hotspots. Its digitally-regulated output is designed to provide consistent beam intensity throughout the life of the battery.Its integrated Picatinny/Weaver rail mount is equipped with a convenient thumbscrew, so no tools are needed to install and remove it. The Scout Light's lightweight aluminum housing is anodized with a Type III hard coat for abrasion- and corrosion-resistance, and gasket-sealed for weatherproof performance - making this tactical accessory ready for just about any situation. - Performance
