Product description Monitor more than your workout with the Suunto 3 Fitness Sports/Training Watch. The Suunto 3 Fitness is engineered to monitor and track many aspects of your wellbeing, such as workouts, general activity, stress, sleep, and more. This sports watch even provides guidance by creating a personized 7-day training plan for you. Based on your history and fitness level, this plan can be setup to maintain your fitness level or help boost it over time.
With up to 70 built-in sport modes and water resistance up to 30m, you can use the Suunto 3 indoors, outdoors, in the pool, or on the track. When you're not being active, the Suunto 3 keeps track of your rest and recovery throughout the day, helping to make sure you have enough energy for the day ahead. If you wirelessly connect the Suunto 3 to your smartphone via Bluetooth, it can take advantage of GPS access and the Suunto app to track speed, distance, and more. The Suunto 3 app is available for iOS and Android devices, and gives you the ability to store, sync, and share your fitness goals. - Adaptive Training Guidance
- Based on your current fitness level, past activity history, and personal goals, the Suunto 3 can create a 7-day training plan for you. You can have a plan that just maintains your existing fitness level, or a plan that improves it with a moderate or intense regimen.
